· Panography – This important diagnostic tool images the entire head and neck region at 1/10th the radiographic exposure of a standard full mouth series of radiographs. The panograph is an important screening device for systemic pathology, such as cancer.
· SafeSiders - The latest technology in endodontic treatment. The nickel-titanium oscillating SafeSider files replace standard steel hand files and NiTi rotary files. SafeSider NiTi endodontic files have a much lower rate of separation failure compared to traditional rotary NiTi files which tend to "screw in" to the canal and break off. While file separation is rare, it is a complication seen all to often with older endodontic file systems.
· Root ZX – This extremely accurate apex locator eliminates the need for multiple radiographic exposures during root canal procedures.
· Independent Water Delivery System - Our operatories utilize pressurized bottles to deliver sterile saline, antibiotic solutions or water depending upon treatment. Furthermore, a cleaning solution is run through our dental lines daily.
· Dental Implants – We place dental implants and restore them all in house. This minimizes the need to be bounced from specialist to specialist for basic implant placement.
· Adjunctive Periodontal Procedures – The Arestin© and Atridox© delivery systems are excellent non-surgical periodontal treatments. These recently developed systems can provide the extra edge needed to beat periodontal disease without a surgical scalpel.
· Strict Sterilization Protocol – a service examines our Autoclaves to guarantee sterile clean instruments.
· Environmental Issues – An efficient developer minimizes the usage of processing chemicals. A water recycler prevents water waste during film processing. All toxic lead film backings are recycled.
